Original People’s Republic of China (PRC) enamel medal pair issued during the Korean War (1950–1953), from the nationwide campaign “Resist U.S. Aggression & Aid Korea” (抗美援朝).
These medals were awarded and distributed in the early 1950s to honor the Chinese People’s Volunteers and promote patriotic support for the war effort.
Both medals feature soldiers carrying rifles and flags, symbolizing Chinese–Korean unity.
The inscription reads “坚决抗美援朝” (Resolutely Resist U.S. Aggression & Aid Korea).
